Can PerfectMeta read data from cdplayer.ini, CATraxx or MusicLibrary?

I have 3000 classical music discs catalogued in MusicLibrary (which makes Access .mdb tables that I can easily import into CATraxx, since MusicLibrary is no longer supported). I can export the tag info from either program into cdplayer.ini, but when trying to rip CDs using PerfectMeta, it does not seem to find the cdplayer.ini information even though the option is checked.

    1) Can PerfectMeta read all my existing data from any/all of these sources (i.e., either cdplayer.ini or CATraxx)?
    2) If so, is there some magical place where the cdplayer.ini file needs to be saved in order for PerfectMeta to find it?
    3) If not, any way I can redeem my years of investment in cataloguing discs in these programs while ripping them in dBpoweramp? I know I can probably retag them after ripping, but I'd like to take advantage of the dynamic file-naming in dBpoweramp - making use of my existing data, rather than the bizarre data from the several online sources.

    Thanks,

    Frank

Which windows version have you? For most the cdplayer.ini file has to be in the C:\Windows folder but for Win7 it is the C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Windows folder.

Thanks, I can now 'retrieve from' the cdplayer.ini (using Win7, with the address you provided). I'm hoping/wishing I can have a column for cdplayer.ini alongside the several online data sources, so in PerfectMeta I can pick and choose among my existing data and that provided by the online sources. Is that just a dream?

Also, my semicolons ( ; ) in cdplayer.ini are converted to colons ( : ) when I 'retrieve from' cdplayer.ini. Anyway to avoid this annoyance?
