Typo in Setup Guide

The line cacheex -i -c -n 10 x: will not work, as the program is cachex.exe, not cacheex.exe.
Fixing this might save some new users a few minutes of frustration.
And thanks for the guide. It is useful. Hope you'll announce if a newer version becomes available.
