    Best settings?

I want rip all my old CD's to my computer but want to know what is the best settings for this?
I will be ripping them to 'WAV' format but want to know what is the best settings to do this in.
The guide says to add a 'DSP' called 'ReplyGain' to add a value to the ID tag.
Should I do this with every rip.
I will be ripping these and then I will put them on my iTunes.

    Re: Best settings?

iTunes would not be able to read replaygain tags from wave files, also iTunes would not read any tags from WAVE, you are better ripping to AIFF or Apple Lossless for iTunes.

Ok thanks for the heads up I will certainly rip them to AIFF than WAVE but do you have to put in replaygain tags? And which is a better format WAVE or AIFF?

WAVE and AIFF are both uncompressed. iTunes will not read replaygain tags.
