CD Error ripping to FLAC

Hi, I have now tried ripping 10 different CD's each with the same "error ripping to FLAC" message.
All was well then stopped working.
Internet connection good
File path unchanged
No setting changes made.

Please help.

The error messages, at the bottom is a 'copy to clipboard' button, click it and paste the result here please.
