Second folder with cover art being created for *some* CDs

    Hi,

I'm at about 300 CDs into the process of ripping 1000 CDs. I am ripping to a network attached VortexBox.

At some point in the process, dpPower Amp started creating a second folder for *some but not all* CDs. The second folder contains the cover art, named as folder.jpg. When it creates the second folder, the cover art is not in the 1st folder with the music files.

Here is an example of 2 CDs by the same artist.
    Z:\music\flac\Postal_Service,_The contains 2 albums:

    1) Z:\music\flac\Postal_Service,_The\The_District_Sle eps_Alone_Tonight
    2) Z:\music\flac\Postal_Service,_The\We_Will_Become_S ilhouettes

An additional folder has been created:

    Z:\music\flac\Postal Service, The

    containing:
Z:\music\flac\Postal Service, The\The District Sleeps Alone Tonight

the only content in this folder is:
    Z:\music\flac\Postal Service, The\The District Sleeps Alone Tonight\folder.jpg

This did not happen for the other album, We_Will_Become_Silhouettes

I have the SqueezeServer turned off on the VortexBox - my first thought was that it was doing something to the cover art.

On a related note - is there a way to change the name of the cover art file from "folder.jpg" to "cover.jpg"?

    Many thanks

    >Postal_Service,_The

you have set the file naming to replace ' ' with _ ? I am guessing this is the cause of the issue (in the the part which sets the folder.jpg is not using that)

To change to cover.jpg, CD Ripper >> Options >> Metadata & ID Tags

Hmm. I've never touched the file naming scheme.

      Where can I edit that?

I have changed file naming on the VortexBox, but I think that should only affect the vortexbox ripper.

      thanks
