Must always manually "Choose Art"

I've got two computers running the cd ripper. On one of them, I must ALWAYS click "Choose Art" and manually select it. On the other, it almost always finds art automatically. I can't find anything different between the two computers. Am I missing something?

I tried turning it off, and there's been no change, unfortunately.

If you click the metadata drop menu, PerfectMeta, AMG, GD3, freedb & musicbrainz are all checked?
