computer froze & chnged the label fild to organization

When I haver my mouse over individual tracks ripped on a flac album in windows xp, I see metadata, such as year track, etc., & at the bottom of all this, it shows dbpower amp.

something odd happened, when my computer froze for a minute, I had to eject my external hard drive.

after a restart, & viewing the meta data in windows, I notice in all my albums ripped in flac, all the fields for label that has an albums label, is now been changed to ORGANIZATION.

ie before; Label; Columbia,

and now it reads; ORGANIZATION; Columbia.
