Ripping CD to 2 Seperate Files in Different Codecs?

New to forum go easy!! I have recently purchased dbpoweramp and am in the process of ripping approx 600 CD's to a NAS drive (flac codec) to play on my sonos system but read somewhere that you can at the same time rip to a different folder in say Mp3 320 to play on i pod's etc. I would like to do this so I can have 320 copies to play on a 32GB SD card in the car. Is this possible?
