Changing Existing Naming Variables

I've ripped all my cd's as flac files and have only just noticed that I could have selected my own naming convention for the output directory structure by pressing the set button, where I left it as the default.

Can you easily reprocess the existing flac files to create a new output directory structure for the same underlying flac files?
