MAC Help- when I open the downloaded Audio Converter nothing happens

I'm obviously doing something v basic wrong as the download just opens a large text box. Does that mean it's not going to work on a Mac?

dBpoweramp will only run on the MAC if you use Parallels, or bootcamp.
