AllMedia Guide R14 Lookups Remaining: none

Hi,

I bought this software starting with the R14 trial version and batch ripper using a Sony VGL x1p.
I bought the Reference version shortly before the expiration date, reinstalled using the file received after registration.
Unfortunately the AllMedia Guide says "Lookups Remainng = None" , asking for a puchase.

From what I read, it should not be the case.

I have uninstalled, reinstalled again, no change, the AMG credits were probably gone during the trial period.

How to solve this annoying issue ( the AMG feature being mandatory for mass ripping) ?

For Batch Ripping, AMG lookups are charged at the commercial rate of 8 cents per disc.

CD Ripper has unlimited lookups.
