What to do when a track won't rip

When ripping a stack of audio CDs to flac, I found one of the tracks on a CD won’t rip (error/insecure).

I was using Ultra-Secure mode. The first thing I tried was to uncheck and re-rip but it didn't work. So I'm wondering, what's the best way to deal with these glitches, i.e. try what in what order?

    Thanks

Give the CD a clean, try in a different CD drive if you have, replace CD (in that order).

If you get errors like frame LBA xxx ripping 26 frames track end LBA yyy, and no audio output, then you might try a burst rip as a last resort. It will have errors, but it might at least get music through, and the error might not be annoying.

(BTW, you should normally not let dBpoweramp interpolate over frames.)

Thanks all. Tried everything above (except replace CD; not much point). Burst rip is what it came down to. The track was tolerable to listen to.
