Ripping audiobooks to m4b

Hello folks,

I am just curious if there is one step process for converting Audiobook cds to m4b format. I can do it with iTunes with a LOT of tweaks which I hate. So I am looking for an alternative that will give me the result in one click (with previous set up for example). Can dbPoweramp do it? If yes, any link to guide is appreciated.
