Meta Data local caching issue

I spent the time entering all the correct meta-data for the CD I'm about to rip, plus I scan the artwork for it. I submit the meta data to both FreeDB and AMG. I start to rip and suddenly the power kills the computer and I reboot. I load up dBpoweramp again and load the same disk. Now what do I see? the old crap data from freedb that I replaced. Where's my meta data? Shouldn't it be in the local cache?

It is only saved to the cache on cd eject.
