cd ripp dbpoweramp cd drive

hi,
after each cd rip, the cd not eject, and the pc stop with the following message :

" problem have been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent your computer.

driver_irql_not_less_or_equal

if prolem continue remove any newly installed software.."

how can I fix this malfunction ?
