I had always thought that the "(NEW)" notification that follows the AccurateRip CRC in the extraction log simply meant that the disc (or track) didn't exist in Accurate Rip, so it was marked "new." But then I got this result for a disc that is in AccurateRip.
AccurateRip: Accurate (confidence 5) [Pass 1]
CRC32: 2C37C3E7 AccurateRip CRC: 2B9B4B8D (NEW) [DiscID: 019-00324030-02c4d0bd-1311c413-1]
The track is obviously in AccurateRip, and the AccurateRip CRC shows a confidence level of 5. Yet the result is still marked as new. I'm confused. What does (NEW) mean in the log?
Thanks,
Bruce Morris
