    Tagging - capitalisation

    Hi

Is there a way in dBpoweramp to force CD Ripper and Batch Ripper to load tags and name folders and files with capitalisation of each separate word?

    thanks

Thanks Spoon - I'll look at that. Will the ID Tag Processing DSP work with Batch Ripper?

          Re: Tagging - capitalisation

I've given that a go. I can see that the Tags are impacted by the chosen rule, in my case capitalising the first letter of each word. However the first letter of words immediately after parenthases are treated as the second letter and not capitalised, eg [Deluxe Edition] becomes [deluxe Edition] - how do I fix this?

The folder and file name are not impacted by the Tagging rules eg when tagged as The Album Name, the folder might be The album Name, similarly for file names. How can I get the folders and file names to follow the tagging rule?

          thanks v much

The DSP cannot help fix '[' or " items.

Filenames are generated before this tagging, you could rip to a folder, then batch arrange the audio to the final folder(s) with [Arrange Audio] utility codec.
