Chinese Characters

I am the R14.2 running Win7 64bit Pro. When I insert a Chinese CD, the ripper would not display the titles, album name etc etc however when I view the CD on itunes, everything is displayed properly. I have read though the FAQ and I still do not get it.

Any help render would be appreciated.

If none of our online databases have that disc in Chinese there is nothing we can do.
