Lame 3.99.3

When will the CD ripper encoder 3.92 be updated to 3.99.3? I tried to update it myself but then the ripper stopped working. Is there another way to do this manually?

I tried to copy the lame exe and the lame_enc.dll but the ripper no longer worked so the original files must be dependent or something is dependent on them.

Any ideas?
