    No album art

I have been using dBpoweramp for a while now with no problems, however over recent months I have had to find album art myself as it no longer automatically provides a selection as it used to. Have I disabled something by mistake?

    Look in dBpoweramp Configuration >>

it should say Reference Registered, does it? are you using R14?

Hi Spoon. No I appear to be using release 13.5. When I check for updates and under Program Updates I see dBpoweramp Music Converter (release 14.2) and DSP Effects (Release 7). What should I do?

      Regards

      Paul

          Hello

Does this mean you cannot get album art with R 13.5 and you have to pay for the upgrade to R14? That sounds unfair if it is so.

          Thanks

Our agreement with the metadata providers has changed, so that we have different license terms, we can no longer offer the yearly access license.
