    ripping and Sooloos

Use db poweramp to rip CDs in WAV format to my PC then import in to my Sooloos. I am getting severe static or noise duirng last two seconds of a track. Any idea what could be causing this? I have used Korg Audiogate to do the same thing and get only a very slight pop at end of track. Why the problems with db poweramp?

    Re: ripping and Sooloos

You have to set dBpoweramp not to write IDTags to the wave file, as the sooloos is incorrectly playing the ID Tags as audio. You can find this option in dBpoweramp Configuration >> Codecs >> Advanced Settings

for Wave tagging set all to none.

Thanks for your response. New to db poweramp. Where do you find "Configuration"? Have db poweramp open and can't find the menu.

Thanks for your help. Working fine now. Sound of the rip is awsome. Best I have heard. I have compared with several other ripping programs. Thanks again for your help.
