Directory File Structure with Folders: How to do it?

I am brand new to using this and presently trying it out with the trial version. Trying to use the Computer Audiophile strategy or methodology to set up to rip my CD collection. I am trying to set up a folder hierarchy with a folder for Artist, then a folder for Album or CD, then track names within it. Will be ripping to 2 different locations. Can't seem to set thsi up without creating the folders on the drives myself. Can't it be set up to create the folders automatically? It only seems to creat an extended name if I use dynamic conventions. I seem to have to add the folders on the drives and then browse to them. What am I doing wrong or is this the way I will have to do it? Thanks

put this in your ripper, lower left, naming section (click on set, then paste in)
    Code:
    [IFCOMP]Compilations\[album][IFMULTI]\Disc [disc][]\[track]-[title]-[artist][][IF!COMP][artist]\[album][IFMULTI]\Disc [disc][]\[track]-[title][]
Then put the top directory you want to use (e.g., x:\music\ in the PATH

    This will create:

    x:\music\artist\album\tracks for noncompilation CDs and

    x:\music\compilations\album\tracks for compilation CDs
