Systematic error when ripping

Hi, my newly acquired dBpomeramp CD Ripper which is registered is not working at all after 1 use.

I am using the software under Windows 7 . Parallels Destop on a IMac. When Ripping, I have an erro message for each tracks, and for al my CDs.
I have tried on another MAc, same Problem after 1 use.

Please help, I am desasperate, and I can't find any contact support mail ...

Thanks for your help, in the Rip Status, there is a systematic red cross frollower by error.
