Ripper Help: Can't find advanced configuration screen

Whe I first started using Ripper I came across a menu screen that included settings such as how the metatags recorded Track numbers i.e., single digits or buffered with 0's, etc.

But now I can't find this configuration menu - could someone please give me instructions or the command to get to it again?
