I wanted to rip all my CD in FLAC uncompressed format. But by not paying attention I ripped all CD in FLAC Compressed 0 format. What is the difference? My intension was to have highest quality of FLAC files.
What is the difference between FLAC Compressed 0 and FLAC uncompressed?

The quality is the same with all the FLAC compression levels....it's all lossless and no audio data is discarded. The difference is the degree of compression applied during encoding.
Compression level has three potential consequences, as far as I can tell. Whether any of these affect you and your set-up may help you decide if you want to choose more or less compression, or just stick with the defaults. (I think the default level in most programs is 6.)
- The more compression, the smaller the file size. This may matter if you're worried about running out of storage space.
- File size can potentially impact streaming efficiency in bandwidth-challenged environments. (I doubt this would affect most users.)
- Greater compression can mean longer encoding times.
But again, none of this affects audio quality at all. All FLAC encoding is lossless and retains the original audio quality.
