How to add Back cover or liner notes

I have been only able to include one picture in any of my folders.
Please let me know step by step how to add the back cover or liner notes to the album cover.
I've just got 14.2 (on a Windows 7 64 bit OS)and it works great except for this glitch.

In CD Ripper click the [+] button near the Album Art and Load From File.
