How to Interpret Extraction Log

I'm new to this. Can someone explain the following log result:

What is the "Warning"? The "Ultra 1 to 1"? And the re-rip Frame 25 that "matched 10/11"?

Did the other tracks verify with AccurateRip?

A warning is just that, it is warning it had to re-rip frames because of errors, the rerip matched 10 out of 11.

1. What does "Ultra 1 to 1" mean?
2. When you say "the rerip matched 10 out of 11," what does that mean?
3. As for the other tracks, I get this message on each one, which I think means it couldn't find a match in AccurateRip. Is that right?

You have enabled the ultra secure pass option, that line informs it was used.

Each bad frame is ripped multiple times to recover it, the number of times the rerip matched is shown.
