Database of ripping outcomes?

Is it possible to dump the ripping logs of each disc into a single file, adding to that file with each new rip? So that i can filter and quickly scan for rip errors. I am batch ripping so am looking for a degree of automation to target discs to re rip in ultra secure mode.

If you set CD Ripper to output a log file, I am sure it is always appended to, not overwritten, set the filename as one filename.
