Cannot retrieve metadata from GD3

I cannot solve this problem.

• I have a registered version of dbPoweramp.
• I have purchased the 1 year metadata subscription and I have activated it
• I have checked my security settings. All security is disabled.
• I am not running on a proxy server
• I am using popular discs which I am certain GD3 has in their database
• I have done 2 complete reinstalls of dbpoweramp

How do I get the GD3 metadata to appear in the Review Metadata section?

Seems to be a recurring problem. I posted a similar thread before, and literally not 2 minutes ago, I finally got my first GD3 query response, out of the 500+ CD's I've ripped thus far. Hopefully, this will be resolved

It has been confirmed that GD3 was having an issue with new installations of dBpoweramp, this has been rectified now so there should be no more GD3 issues.
