CD ripper won't start

I purchased your product today. When trying to run the program windows tells me "db poweramp cd ripper has stopped working".

I was previously using the 21 day free trial, but it stopped working today (same scenario from windows), so I bought the product.

Try starting with no cd disc in the drive, does it load?
