I have similar problems. Everything works fine also AMG but no GD3 data is retrieved. I have the registered DBpoweramp reference R14 and re-installed but still no GD3 data is retrieved. I have gone through this posting and also tried most of the possible solutions, but nothing worked.
In the Manual Meta Review screen I see the AMG/Music Brainz/freedb information but the GD3 collumn is empty and GD3 is greyed out.

This is interesting... I've been working on my (rather extensive) CD collection and just now, got 2 successful CD queries from GD3. Don't know what caused it, and hopefully, this isn't a fluke...

It has been confirmed that GD3 was having an issue with new installations of dBpoweramp, this has been rectified now so there should be no more GD3 issues.

Yes, I can confirm as well that the GD3 issue appears to be rectified. I just ripped several CDs and got GD3 on all of them. Thanks.
