CD artwork - how to add to rip?

I am ripping CDs with the latest version I purchased.

With the metadata info and album artwork retrieved does one have to click on the select artwork button and then click on the artwork for it to get embedded in the album information or is this done automatically? If this is not done at the time can the artwork be merged after the rip?

Metadata is retrieved automatically, if not click the 'choose art' button.

I see no 'choose art' button. Where is it?
I do see on the bottom right (where the wrt should be), a + sign. Clicking on it gives a choice of (1) choose fron internet
(2) choose from file and (3) get from scanner.
Choosing (1) goes to fetch but comes with a blank.
How can I get Artwork automatically?

Select 'Choose from Internet', if there is art work out there it will find, if blank then there is no artwork.

Make sure you are using R14.2 as it is required.
