CD ripper refuses to RIP my REM CD to FLAC

I am testing the trial copy of the products and dBpoweramp refuses to rip to FLAC my REM In Time CD - – I tried another disk (Shakira) and it worked perfectly. The REM disk gave errors but did actually write the FLAC files – but when played they had a high distortion content. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The error meesages for the 1st REM track were:

** Aborted: Have to ReRip 23485 Frames, Re-Rip Limit Set to 100 Frames

Try disabling c2 error pointers.
