****Disregard--seems to be an issue with MAGICISO. Virtual CloneDrive loaded up the disc perfectly.****
This has happened on multiple CDs. (I own all of them, so "no" I am not pirating music.)
I copy the CD and verify using IMGBURN (latest version) and save as a BIN. I then load the (virtual) CD using MAGICISO. dbPowerAmp CD Ripper recognizes the disc and will rip it--except the last song is way too long. In the case of Jaci Velasquez' "Heavenly Place" CD, the last song should be 4:25 but dbPowerAmp shows it 22:09. iTunes shows (and will rip) the last song as 4:25 in length and wll rip it from the "virtual" CD. For some reason dbPowerAmp (on a lot of these "virtual CDs" doesn't recognize the end of the disc. iTunes reads the "virtual" discs just fine so I have a hard time believing the "virtual" disc is the problem.
Any idea what is going on?
I updated dbPowerAmp to v14.2.
If it helps...I opened one of the "too long" ripped songs in Adobe Audition to see what the waveform looked like. After the song there is a lot of "digital noise".
Yes, ripping the last song from the physical disc works fine. But I'm getting rid of all the physical discs--don't use them anymore (that's why I'm making digital copies, in this case BIN files using IMGBURN).
Any insight into this issue is appreciated.
