create a text file of rip results after a rip without having to re do a cd rip

I notice that cds I have ripped before, would have a little text file with a description of the results of the rip, but now, the ripper does not do this.

is there any way to make a text info file like it did before without having to re rip the cd?

Such a detailed report can only be generated by the CD Ripper.
