Ripping Original CD vs Burned Copies

Im planning on ripping my large collection of cd's. I have all of my original CD's in storage minus the few I've gotten over the past year. Everytime I buy new CD's I burn a copy and store the original. I've ripped a few of the CD's that I have the original on hand and burned copies of and I haven't noticed any difference in quality. I can get AccurateRip's on both the original and the burned copies. So before I rip my whole collection, I would like to know would there be a benefit of digging out the originals and ripping them instead of the burned copies?

Rip using the originals, as the secure ripper would not know there was an error (as it would have been burnt with the error) for tracks not in accuraterip.
