Catalog*blooper* field in XML metadata files

I would like to know how to rename that field "Catalog*blooper*" that contains the sharp character which isn't "conform" for a XML field-name.

Or do you plan to update it to a valid field name ?

Hi, the sharp character is still there, preventing me from using IE to view the xml file. :yawn:
This can't be that hard to fix, right? Please do not postpone any longer.
