Moving License to Another Computer

I purchased dBpoweramp Reference R14 and will be replacing my computer soon.

Is there a specific procedure for moving a license to another computer?

Or do I just follow the same instructions for using the 'Download Link' that I received after purchase, and install another copy onto the new computer?

If this is already explained somewhere in the forums or on the website, please provide a link. I've looked around a bit, but have not found an answer yet.
