CD Grab stopped reading DVD drives

    CD Grab stopped reading DVD drives

    This morning I ripped 5 CDs successfully. When I put in the 6th one, it claimed that there is no audio CD inserted. I can play the CD by using Windows Media Player, so clearly the CD is okay. But I then anyway switched CDs to the one I had just finished successfully ripping, and CD Grab can no longer read that one, either. I tried the other DVD drive in my computer, to the same non-result. So I downloaded the latest 14.1 version of dBPowerAmp, but this did not fix things. I rebooted, still did not fix things. What to do???

      Close CD Ripper, Enable the debug mode (dBpoweramp Configuration >> Music Converter >> debug option at the end)

      Start CD Ripper, then close CD Ripper and post the debug messages shown to this thread please.

          I guess this shows you the importance of rest and relaxation...

                  The CD drive should never return a MSF of 0/0/0 even though the PMSF is right that is not used as it is expected that all CD drives work on the most basic level.
