Purchased one year of AMG, but says I need reference

Hello,
I purchased one year of AMG access last year, but even though I have installed the most recent version of the program and then run the activateamg program, I still get an error saying reference is required when I try to get results. Any ideas? Also, would this be the reason why I only ever get 1 or less results when searching for album art? Thanks.

R14 uses a permanent license for Metadata, so you can either:

Stick on R13 and use up your time remaining
Upgrade to Reference R14 (which includes the permanent AMG activation)
Purchase this one off metadata access license for R14 (and above) Power Pack:

Also R14.2 is required (beta section of this forum) for 'Choose Art' to function

Bummer. Ah well, guess it looks like we will have to add the premium lookups again per new major version. Guess Ill go ahead and add it into 14. Thanks for the help, downloaded 14.2 beta, all seems good on the picture front!
