Failure to rip

Sorry new to forum.. Have just started ripping more CD's to my Sonos system after a break and the following error is coming up

Error unable to open File 'Z:\Roberta Flack\Softly with These Songs; The Best of Roberta Flack\01 Roberta Flack - The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face.flac' for writing.

Any suggestions, thanks
