AccurateRip CD found but not individual tracks?

Still being relatively new to the accurate ripping practice, I am a bit confused with some early test results. Upon reading the CD initially, dbpoweramp indicates that it has found the the CD in AccurateRip DB, which is great, except for when I actually go to rip tracks. At that point, only some tracks are "found" in the AccurateRip DB, while others say they are not found, but ripped with no detected errors.

1 - Is the AccurateRip CD DB truly down to the track of a CD and not a CD as a whole?
2 - What does it mean when dbpoweramp says the rip was "secure" despite not being able to compare it to the AccurateRip DB?

Here's the log. Please let me know if you need different/more data. Tracks 2, 3, 5, and 6 are not showing as being secured by AccurateRip DB.

Any advice/perspective would be most appreciated.

AccurateRip's dB is doing its job, you can say without question those tracks have errors as they are not verifying (the confidences are high enough to rule out the stored rips having the errors)

After thinking about it a bit more, I wanted to make sure I'm understanding the answer provided.

In the case above, are the select tracks that AccuraeRip cannot validate are due to the volume of errors in attempting to rip those tracks -- in that attempt an error-rip never became a reality at least as compared to the AccurateRip DB? If so, why then, does DBPowerAmp label it as still being 'Secure' in the Status column?

There are 3 'things' which can determine if the rip is error free:

AccurateRip
Re-reading
C2 pointers

The last 2 are relied on to generate the 'secure', effectively the CD drive is saying the rip was error free, but AccurateRip knows better (as re-reading and c2 pointers are not 100% proof)

Thank you for outlining the components of 'secure' ripping. Given the last two items are dependent on the actual CD drive, would this be comparable to ripping in iTunes with error correction mode turned on? Also, the fact that AccurateRip DB entries could not be matched, that mus mean high levels of errors on those tracks, correct? Given the Cd itself isn't scratched as near as I can tell, is it more likely function of my CD drive (see details below) or chance?

I do not think iTunes uses c2 pointers, so is lessor.

AccurateRip only verifies, the error could be 'high levels' or very small. If you have access to a 2nd CD drive, try that to rip as often different CD drives can read discs.
