Can't rip CD's anymore

I bought the new Beastie Boys cd and put it in. I get all Error rip status when I try to rip it. Tried a different cd and it does the same thing. Here is the error codes. Thanks.

Something is stopping dbpoweramp from writing to your music folder, perhaps security software

I can't figure this out. I have tried everything. There is no new programs or settings that have changed. It just stopped working. Even uninstalled and reinstalled, still no good. Works on my laptop. Soon as I press rip. All songs go to error. Need help

Norton. I disabled it but still nothing. I did run DB as administrator and that worked. But I don't know why that happened. Maybe my permissions changed but I can't figure out how to change it back.
