Min/Max Ultra Passes Settings

The guide suggest Minimum Ultra Passes = 1; Maximum Ultra Passes = 2; End After Clean Passes = 1. The defaults were 3,6,1.

What settings should I use if I'm looking for the best quality (I multi-encode to FLAC and MP3 320 CBR) and my CD drive supports C2?
