I'm looking for the highest quality MP3 rip (I also rip to FLAC for home/archive (using multi-encoder)) and I don't care about file size (to a point) or processing time). I'm using 320 CBR. Questions . . .
1. Does the encoding option (normal, slow, fast) have any impact on quality when using 320 CBR? If so, should I use slow (high quality)?
2. In the advanced tab, any value in using "CRC Error Protection"?
3. Should I just stick with "auto" in the channels pull down?
I tried searching the forums, didn't find anything on *blooper*1 and little on the others.
Thanks.
