Sonos system unable to "see" ripped files

Hi, I am ripping my CD's to a NAS in FLAC format. The ripping is working fine and I can see the files when i browse the server, but when i update the music index on my Sonos system, the system is not able to recognize the newly ripped files. If I repeat this exercise but ripping to Apple Lossless instead of FLAC, and all other options unchanged, Sonos recognizes the new album perfectly. What am i ding wrong? (I have ripped a lot of albums to FLAC earlier on another PC with an older version of dBpoweramp, and that has been working just fine).

I am not sure, are sonos able to offer any form of debugging on this?
