    More Missing Album Art

As part of rebuilding my PC I've downloaded dMC-r14-Registered.exe and then installed the update to 14.1.

The CD Ripper can find freedB, but it's not finding any album covers or the remaining databases. I've checked my e-mail, and the registration doesn't expire until September.

    any suggestions?

R14 Reference is supplied with indefinite metadata, the Power Pack does not have access to this. Prior to R14, yearly registration access was purchased.

      spoon,
I understand that my music converter R13.5 purchased September 2010 only came with a 12 month subscription. Which shouldn't expire until September 2011.

However, a new download (yesterday 2 May 2011) doesn't give access to album art. After putting my message on your forum - rather than get increasingly frustrated trying to troubleshoot - I spent another US$5 for a new 12 month PerfectMeta License.

Activating the resulting downloaded executable still won't give my (now) R14.1 CD ripper access to online album art (apart from freedb).

I'd really appreciate some suggestions on troubleshooting please.

      thanks very much,

And after rereading your post can I infer that annual renewal won't work with Revision 14.1.

And that my fix is to go back to Revision 13.5?

        Cheers,

I have a similar, perhaps the same, question. I had dbPoweramp Reference 13.5. I just updated to dbPoweramp Reference 14.1. The album art does not automatically download in version 14.1. Is there a way to get the album art? Thanks.

R14 uses a permanent license for Metadata, so you can either:

Stick on R13 and use up your time remaining
Upgrade to Reference R14 (which includes the permanent AMG activation)
Purchase this one off metadata access license for R14 (and above) Power Pack:
