    error in ripping

    New download today, configured ripper, try to rip and when CPU coding get error message "error, unable to open file" Eject CD and reinsert, and it shows all tracks have been accurately ripped. Album does not appear in music library. Any suggestions?

          You are missing the drive, in cd ripper the output to folder section should start with a drive letter such as

          C:\

              Open CD Ripper, and where it says Path in the lower left, correct this, for example click the down arrow and select 'Music' to put all the ripped tracks in your music folder.
