metadata not appearing

my previously happy db poweramp wont list artwork or metadata when a new disc is introduced. Is connected to network and have tried several popular cd's with same result. Havent changed any settings. what's the next step ? thanks

turn off pc. unplug router. plug in router, let fully start, then reboot computer and start dbpa.

Look at your security software, it might be blocking dBpoweramp from accessing the internet.
