Need help with album art

I've recently ripped my 500 CDs to FLAC & mp3. Some of the album art is off. In my FLAC file, about 15% of the albums have the cover of one of my Beethoven discs. In mp3, abot 15% have artwork from a different disc. Any thoughts?

The art was correct when it was ripped?
